Key Stage 1 (Year 1 & 2)

Key Stage 1 covers the first two years of primary education - Year 1 and Year 2. In these years students are introduced to basic numeracy, language skills and science.

Key Stage 2 covers the latter years of Primary education - Years 3 to 6. Students build on the foundations of prior years and learn more advanced concepts in Maths, English and Science.

11 Plus

The 11 Plus exams are taken by students in Year 6 to gain entry to selective grammar schools. The exams test verbal and non-verbal reasoning skills as well as Maths and English.
